NOTICE RETURNS
General information
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased through Diher, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receiving the item for a refund by following the steps below. No product exchange service is available.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in a condition that permits resale. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, tags and any related accessories, and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
Please note that unless faulty, there are certain products that cannot be returned:

We will take legal action to the extent permitted by law against any fraudulent activity, including, but not limited to, any attempt to reverse or request a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly processed and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
This will not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your legal rights, please contact your local business standards, citizen assistance or equivalent body in your jurisdiction.

How do I make a return?

Print and simply affix the prepaid UPS return label to your package and take it to the nearest UPS pickup center. Alternatively, you can contact UPS to arrange collection at the address of your choice. If you have lost your UPS prepaid return label or need additional assistance with your return, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service.
Can I return an item that has been modified or custom made?
Our items are modified based on customer specifications, which means they are customized to your specifications. Therefore, returns of any of the "custom" items are not accepted.
How long will it take to process my return?
We will take a maximum of 2 weeks to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete. We will not be able to issue a refund until we have received and processed your return package. We will refund your payment to your original payment method, unless otherwise specified.
How do I return a gift?
To return your gifts online, you only need to provide the order number and a postal code.
Gift recipients who return an item will receive a virtual gift card to use online. Personalized items cannot be returned.
Can I change my order?
If you wish, you can exchange your item for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color. Your exchange request will be processed immediately with free shipping. Print and attach the return label to your package and return the item(s) within 4 business days of starting your online exchange request. Items you wish to exchange must be received no later than 14 days after the day you initiate your online exchange request to not be charged. Items purchased via online order, store pickup and store delivery cannot be exchanged, but can be returned in store or via post using our online returns process. Items purchased via PayPal and Klarna cannot be exchanged and can only be returned via post following our online returns process.
Can I return my online order in a store?
Returns cannot be made directly in our store. Products purchased online at Diher cannot be returned at a Diher store or at any other point of sale. For your convenience, we provide a fast and reliable returns process. Please use the return labels provided and return via UPS to ensure prompt return of the cost of your merchandise.
Please note that products purchased at Diher stores and other outlets must be returned to a store in person.
Store Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make changes and returns at the Diher store where you purchased the products within 30 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
At the time of return, items must be in their original condition with all tags, and must not have been washed, damaged, worn, or altered.
Exchanges and returns of items without discount are accepted, which will be refunded through the original form of payment. If the purchase was made with a debit or credit card, the authorized holder must present the payment card for the refund to be made to this card. Otherwise, you will be offered a credit for the equivalent amount to spend in the store. If the original purchase was made in cash, we reserve the right to refund by bank transfer.
Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount code may be exchanged or returned for a store credit equal to the original purchase amount.
If an item is returned without the original receipt, we may, at our discretion, offer you an exchange or store credit for the lowest known selling price.
The return of certain items, such as limited edition collections, may be restricted or subject to special conditions.
Within the framework of this policy, the exchange or return of personalized or modified items will not be accepted
This policy is only applicable to purchases made at the Diher store. Changes or returns of items purchased on our website(s) or from a third-party provider at the Diher store or vice versa are not accepted.
Also, this policy does not affect your statutory rights and is consistent with the statutory right to obtain a refund, replacement, or exchange. This policy may be subject to change at any time for future purchases.
